Clic école: A New Tool for Communicating with Parents/Guardians

Dear Parents / Guardians, 

Currently, the school board uses the mParent application for notifications about report cards, account statements as well as for urgent messages, such as bus delays, cancellation of classes, daycare and bus services.  This year, all school boards and the French-language school service centres have been directed by the Ministry of Education to phase out the mParent tool and to implement a new one across the province.  As a result, the mParent app will be withdrawn on March 27, 2026 and replaced by the “Clic-école” app. 

We encourage you to download and use the Clic-école mobile app now.  It is simple, secure, convenient, and will give you access to the same features as the mParent application such as:

• reception of notifications such as those noted above
• access to official documents (eg. report cards, tax slips, statements of accounts) 
• reception of notifications when new documents are available
• Other features that may be available in the future. 

Please note that parents who do not have access to a mobile device may continue to use the Parent Portal (web version) to access the above-listed features.

Steps to Follow 

Download the “Clic école” mobile application from the App Store or Play Store, depending on the type of mobile phone you use. (Click here for instructions) When you launch the mobile application for the first time, you will be prompted to create your personal account.
